Best acne care you have used?

I wouldn't say I have Terrible skin, but I would consider it blotchy and some scars.
I am SO self conscious, and I'd love some help.
What acne stuff worked best for your skin? Proactive? Skin id?

Or even face masks… any ideas would be lovely

Hey do you girls care about a guys acne?

I'll be honest my self esteem has gone really low since acne myself. This is a picture of me right now and you can see on my neck mostly:

But do girls really judge a guy off their acne depending on its severity of course. If you know they are trying to take care of it and that it will go away eventually anyway?
