What is better to treat acne?? soap and water vs skin care products?

Products like Noxema, Clean and clear, clearasil, proactiv, and neutragena. (all of which i have used to no success) So, should i just go natural and stick with soap?? is that really the answer? to simply clean my face like any other part of my body? or am i just picking the wrong products. tell me: soap or product. and why? and if product, which one do you recommend,

Acne care and medication?

I am quite disturbed with acne problem. Its quite frequent and getting worse there days. I tried lot of medicines in past but no effect. Can any body suggest me how to get rid of this or any medication. I have read on internet about Clean & clear acne control kit. Does it work, any body have any experience with this product. Please advice. Your suggestion/reply will be appreciable.
