Review – Oil Cleansing Method

FOLLOW ME! :]http://chibiaznangel.blogspot.com/http://chibiaznangel.blogspot.com/http://chibiaznangel.blogspot.com/I discovered OCM here:http://www.acne.org/messageboard/OIL-…That post is a very good resource for OCM, so I would totally look at that if you’re interested.Rating: 4.5/5 – OCM can be a little lengthy process, but once you get used to it you can knock it out easily. I highly recommend (and WANT) a face steamer. I think you’ll save water that way, because running hot water to rinse and reheat your face towel is a waste. But otherwise, no breakouts, and clear skin! I’m still purging, but on a much smaller level and my skin still looks nice.My current oil blend:- 50% castor oil- 25% grapeseed oil- 25% jojoba oil- approx 14 drops ea of tea tree oil and licorice extractCastor oil is supposed to help clean and draw impurities out of the pores. Jojoba and grapeseed oil are both good for acne prone skin and absorb quickly. Tea tree oil has acne fighting and healing properties and licorice is supposed to lighten your skin (heck yes!)Oilier complexions can opt for more castor oil, like 75%. If you’re dry or sensitive you might want to use less, like 25% instead of 50%.The more you massage the oil into your face and the better you steam it, the better OCM will work.
