Hey do you girls care about a guys acne?

I'll be honest my self esteem has gone really low since acne myself. This is a picture of me right now and you can see on my neck mostly:

But do girls really judge a guy off their acne depending on its severity of course. If you know they are trying to take care of it and that it will go away eventually anyway?
