Exfoliating, cleansing etc. I absolutely think that one is never ‘too young’ to take care of one’s skin. -ALWAYS keep your skin moisturized–and with SPF of 30 or higher. Drink Water! -As you get your older; your hands are the first show ‘aging’. I use the keri glassman skin appetit on it everyday because it has an spf of 15 and because it has blueberries, cantaloupe, grapeseed extract, creamy yogurt, wild honey, fig, walnut, & dark chocolate! all which are good to fight radicals,smooth lines, antioxdating, plump, hydrate, repair, and prevent premature aging! -Techinically, whatever I eat will show up on my face. For ex; I can’t eat oily foods or foods cooked with peanut oil (basically everything…) because if it touches my skin, I get an allergic reaction. Really think about what you put in your body if you have acne problems or pimples. just an update on my skin. it’s on the major up and up! also, in the video i said i was going to try aveeno for a higher spf. i had to drop it because it broke me out. like EVERY OTHER SUNSCREEN i’ve ever tried (except for the olay with spf 15 of course so i guess i’ll be sticking with that for life)
